We are ‘The Personal Training Company’ based in Dublin town centre D2. We’ve been in business for nearly fifteen years, exercising for more than 35 years, with over 26000 hours of experience in health, wellness, lifestyle, including nutrition and exercise instruction. We are a small company with extensive experience, with big online business projects and huge ambitions.
We are hiring and we need you! With your youthful, eager and open minded approach along with your newly acquired skills and recent education to work with us on our online business projects.
What’s next?
We have produced the necessary strategic documents and we are now live testing our business project online within the social media platforms, namely Facebook.
The project is generating a lot of exciting and challenging work that needs to be completed in order to reach our goals. The work load is incredibly diverse and the duties vary from the light easy going to the pragmatic thinking and creating solutions to solve those challenges.
The typical workload:
* Plan and prep your day ahead
* Detail the project work areas to be fulfilled for the day
* Meetings with management and the team
* Review the project work in hand (Re-fresh)
* Complete the tasks in hand relating to the online project:
– Branding of FB pages, posts, and products
– Research the latest health related news
– Search and apply motivational posts
– Design and apply Facebook posts, topics and ads
– Manage the press release strategy
– Tribe support management (Via SLA’s)
– Design and management of the project strategy
– Setting and management of project strategy targets
– Products and services (4 categories) design, select, and apply to FB post
– Design and manage the sales funnel: infill and flow method
– Manage the FB personal and respective business pages
– Design and apply Facebook messenger and email auto responders
– Third party relationship management
– Legal T&C application
– SLA’s for support processes
– Strategic document management and register
– Financial management: project expenditure and payment processes, income stream management
Aside from the project work:
Team leaders are also required in our unique small office environment which is an ideal place to test your people management skills, taking on the responsibility of leader to guide and support the project and the team.
You will learn to join the dots through the real time learning experiences and also see the importance of product positioning (Branding, features & benefits, target audience) into a live dynamic online environment.
You can also learn about the cutting edge of managing a business online (Applying interactive digital marketing – which is really about live/instant business sales and feedback).

The crunch…
The online business projects are not yet generating any sales and therefore there is no direct income return. Our goal is clear – to grow our Facebook tribes accordingly and to generate live income streams in a booming industry. There obviously more to the plan!
Time
With the right team calibre in place we estimate that we can fine tune the project strategy and begin to generate a viable income stream in two to three months. We have also undertaken extensively research in this sector and we have reviewed other successful people and companies who have revealed a growth of 5 figure earnings into 7 in less than 12 months.
We want to make it clear, that when we reach the income threshold (Breakeven) the offer of a working contract with PAYE will be offered first to those who have made their mark in the office. As we grow, there will be ample opportunities for organic growth within the company.
